A few things to know
What can I request?
Simple décor, personalized signs, organizers and similar designs. We review each request before accepting it. Complex sculptures, precision mechanisms and replacement parts may need more detail or a longer timeline.
When does the 24-hour turnaround start?
After the studio accepts a simple design and you agree on the scope, price and delivery time. Uploading a request does not start the clock.
What do I receive?
A digital STL model at the agreed dimensions. Physical printing is not included. We confirm intended use, revision scope and any print requirements before starting.
Can a single photo show every detail?
Hidden surfaces and exact measurements need additional references. Include multiple views and tell us which details should be interpreted or simplified.
